Cyber Security Policy

he Management of Moytel Consultants Limited is specifically committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of documentation and data supplied by, generated by and held on behalf of third parties pursuant to the execution of work agreed by contract in accordance with the requirements of data security standards. Furthermore, it is our policy to: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal data, privacy and freedom of communication and secure network operation. Strictly comply with the customer’s instructions and relevant terms and conditions (IPR) under the agreement in processing or transferring personal data and in other related business. Follow the rules and regulations of the customer and be subject to the management of the customer. Never attack or destroy the customer’s network nor crack the customer’s user name or password. Comply with the customer’s requirements on user name management, and never share client’s user name and password with others, nor log in to a system by using others’ user names or an unauthorized user name. Never access the customer’s network by using any personal portable devices or storage media, nor collect, hold, process, or change any data or information in the customer’s network without written authorization from the customer. Report any breach or incidence to management through the Line/Technical Manager. Ensure that all employees comply with this policy and violators of this plan may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Respond to feedback and update as appropriate, initiating a cycle of continuous improvement. Through the above, our goal is to provide a security framework that will ensure the protection of all our clients; to earn the confidence of our customers and society at large and to contribute to sustainable development in the Telecommunication Industry in Nigeria and beyond.
